Terri Humphrey, RN, Reconnective Healing practitioner and certified life coach, will teach the course Create the Life You Love to Live, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., January 11, at the Whitefish Bay Library, in Whitefish Bay.

The course will cover strategies for identifying desires, clearing negative thoughts and behaviors, developing better energy and learning techniques that will affect life in positive ways. Lunch and live music are included, and Ryan J. Peterson, an intuitive healer, will provide a group healing session.

“These are simple strategies that will change your relationships, decrease your stress level and help you to know that you can manifest the life you love to live,” notes Humphrey, who owns True Wholeness Healing, in Whitefish Bay, where she offers Reconnective Healing and coaching services.
